首先我向各位教师介绍下本毕业设计主要资料。
本设计分成两个主要部分：
第一部分是建筑设计。这部分主要在说明建筑物的平面图、立面图、剖面图以及构造要求的设计根据、具体资料、具体措施以及图纸。本工程为单脊双坡两跨结构的钢结构单层工业厂房，跨度21m，柱距6.0m，A3工作制的20t桥式吊车2台，牛腿标高6.5m，粗糙度B类。
本厂房地处温州，该地区基本风压为0.55kNm2，基本雪压为0.10kNm2因而选取屋面板以及墙面板均为蓝色YX-35-125-750压型板。
由于该厂房纵向长度为57.12m，所以不需设置伸缩缝；土壤地质条件较好，不需设置沉降缝；根据地震设防烈度为7度，也不需设置防震缝。
屋面排水方式采用有组织排水，屋面排水坡度120，内天沟纵向坡度千分之五，雨水管每侧6根，中间11根，用直径φ160的PVC雨水管。天沟宽度以及深度均根据规范要求设计。
此外，外墙底部窗台以下部分防撞墙采用240厚的空心砖墙，高度为0.9米，墙下设基础梁支撑在柱基础上，窗台以上部分采用35厚压型墙板（YX-35-125-750）外墙，墙板采用C型墙梁与刚架柱连接。
第二部分是结构图的设计。这部分主要是对结构的檩条、墙梁、抗风柱、柱间支撑、水平支撑、吊车梁、边柱、中柱、横梁节点以及基础进行内力分析计算和截面选取验算，此外，此部分还包括相关图纸。
其中，檩条选用截面为16622.5的冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢，按双向受弯构件验算。檩条跨度6米，故在跨中处设一道拉条。在屋脊处和屋檐处设置斜拉条，水平檩距1.5m.
围护墙墙梁跨度为6.0m，间距为1.2m.山墙墙梁跨度为5.25m，间距为1.2m.在墙梁间跨中位置设置一道拉条（φ12），在屋檐处设置斜拉条。墙梁选用截面为16723.0冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢，按双向受弯构件验算。
山墙抗风柱截面选用高频H型钢30154.58两端铰接计算长度系数？？1.0，檐口设计标高为10.200m，抗风柱顶标高9.5m，地面以下-0.600m，按照压弯构件验算。
屋面横向水平支撑截面均采用热轧无缝钢管，其中横杆按压杆验算稳定与强度，交叉斜杆按照拉杆验算强度。（A、B、C轴）柱间支撑截面均采用热轧无缝钢管，按压杆计算强度与稳定。
吊车梁选取腹板厚12mm高度726mm，上翼缘截面均采宽度420mm厚度12mm，下翼缘截面均采用宽度250厚度12mm，验算吊车梁强度、稳定、挠度均贴合规范要求。支座加劲肋厚度10mm宽度250mm，对其承压与稳定验算均贴合要求。腹板横向加紧肋厚度10mm宽度110mm，验算其承压及稳定均贴合要求。
本结构设计的关键部分是刚架计算与选取，边柱和中柱皆选用焊接工字钢，截面尺寸为5525112、5025114、梁选用焊接工字钢，截面尺寸为6025112，对其强度稳定以及变形进行验算均贴合要求。
节点计算里，我验算了柱脚处、梁柱连接处、牛腿处进行内力计算、截面设计。与此同时，我还对基础梁与基础进行计算设计。
在做这个设计的过程中，我尽可能多的收集资料，从中学到了许多有用的东西，也积累了不少经验，但由于自我学识浅薄，认识本事不足，在理解上有诸多偏颇和浅薄的地方；也由于理论功底的薄弱，存有不少逻辑不畅和辞不达意的问题；加之时间紧迫和自我的粗心，与教师的期望相差较远，许多问题还有待于进一步思考和探索，借此答辩机会，万分恳切的期望各位教师能够提出宝贵的意见，多指出这篇论文的错误和不足之处，我将虚心理解，从而进一步深入学习研究，使该设计得到完善和提高。

随着我国人口老龄化的加剧，养老问题已成为我国社会生活中存在的一个不容忽视的问题。由于家庭结构的变化，子女数量的减少，传统的家庭养老和社会养老已经不能适应我国目前快速老龄化的现状。在我国城市社区快速蓬勃发展，社区服务功能日益扩展和凸现的背景下，如何以社区为依托和载体，使之承担和发挥其养老服务功能，成为理论和实践上需要研究的`问题。
近年来，对城市社区养老服务问题的研究较之初期的研究已逐渐走向深入，研究视角也在不断拓展。从研究城市社区养老服务的文献来看，多数研究集中在社区的境况、老年人的生理特征、心理特征、养老工作存在的问题等方面，优势视角、增能理论也开始得到了初步应有。以社区照顾理论的视角来研究城市社区养老服务的研究也有不少，但目前运用的深入和全面分析尚不多见。虽然这些相关研究对城市社区养老服务的发展都起着极大的促进作用，但也存在着不足和缺陷。例如：多数研究从社会调查的角度出发，比如对我国老年人身体状况、生活状况的调查等；问题的分析多数也仅仅局限在浅层次的空洞层面，分析还不够深刻细致，让人知其然不知其所以然；对于问题解决，太过注重养老的物质层面，而忽略内心和精神层面；在方案的提出方面，考虑不够全面，大多停留在宏观政策的层面，很多措施抽象而不具体，也难以落实，同时也缺乏可行性。

学生首先要介绍一下论文的概要，这就是所谓“自述报告”，须强调一点的是“自述”而不是“自读”。这里重要的技巧是必须注意不能照本宣读，把报告变成了 “读书”。“照本宣读”是第一大忌。这一部分的内容可包括写作动机、缘由、研究方向、选题比较、研究范围、围绕这一论题的最新研究成果、自己在论文中的新见解、新的理解或新的突破。做到概括简要，言简意赅。不能占用过多时间，一般以十分钟为限。所谓“削繁去冗留清被，画到无时是熟时”，就是说，尽量做到词约旨丰，一语中的。要突出重点，把自己的最大收获、最深体会、最精华与最富特色的部分表述出来。这里要注意一忌主题不明；二忌内容空泛，东拉西扯；三忌平平淡淡，没有重点。
在答辩时，学生要注意仪态与风度，这是进入人们感受渠道的第一信号。如果答辩者能在最初的两分种内以良好的仪态和风度体现出良好的形象，就有了一个良好的开端。有人将人的体态分解为最小单位来研究(如头、肩、胸、脊、腰等)认为凹胸显现怯懦、自卑，挺胸显示情绪高昂―但过分则为傲慢自负；肩手颈正显示正直、刚强，脊背挺拔体现严肃而充满自信。但过于如此，就会被人看作拘泥刻板保守，略为弯腰有度，稍稍欠身可表示谦虚礼貌。孙中山先生曾说过“其所具风度姿态，即使全场有肃然起敬之心，举动格式又须使听者有安静详和之气”他的这番金玉良言，对我们确实有很大的启发。
一、在听取教师提问时所要掌握的技巧要领是：
沉着冷静，边听边记
精神集中，认真思考
既要自信，又要虚心
实事求是，绝不勉强
听准听清，听懂听明
在回答问题时所要掌握的技巧是构思时要求每个问题所要答的“中心”“症结”“关健”在哪里？从哪一个角度去回答问题最好？应举什么例子来证明？回答问题的内容实质上是一段有组织的“口头作文”。这就要一、文章应有论点、论据。二、有开头主体与结尾。三、有条理、有层次。四、应用词确当，语言流畅。五、应口齿清楚、语速适度。开头要简洁：单刀直入，是最好的开头，开门见山地表述观点，在答辩中是最好的办法。主体部份的表述可条分缕析，即把所要回答的内容逐条归纳分析，实际上是对自己掌握的材料由此及彼，由表及里地做整理。这样的表述就不会流于表面，而能深入本质。条分缕析可以把自己掌握的一些实际例子合并，整理成若干条目，列成几个小标题：分成几点，一点一点，一条一条地说出。满碗的饭必须一口一口吃，满肚子的道理也必须一条一条讲出来，环环相扣，条条相连，令人听完后有清楚的印象。假如在准备的时候已经准备了一个较完整的提纲，那么沿着回答问题的主线，再穿上一些玉珠(举例子)就可以做到中心明确，条理清楚，有理有例了。
作为将要参加论文答辩同学，首先而且必须对自己所著的毕业论文内容有比较深刻理解和比较全面的熟悉。这是为回答毕业论文答辩委员会成员就有关毕业论文的深度及相关知识面而可能提出的论文答辩问题所做的准备。所谓“深刻的理解”是对毕业论文有横向的把握。例如题为《创建名牌产品发展民族产业》的论文，毕业论文答辩委员会可能会问“民族品牌”与“名牌”有何关系。尽管毕业论文中未必涉及“民族品牌”，但 参加论文答辩的学生必须对自己的毕业论文有“比较全面的熟悉”和“比较深刻的理解”，否则，就会出现尴尬局面。

My topic is On the tragedy figures at historical turning points(Comparison of KongYiji and Rip Van Winkle)。

The whole thesis consists of 6 parts. The first part will give a brief introduction of the negative， evasive and conservative attitudes of Kong and Rip as well as the topic’s significance in the real society. And the second part is going to analyze the figures’ background to show the historical necessity of the tragedies. In the third part， the tragic heroes’ failing in the character according to their living environment will be further discussed and the fourth part is to talk about their different tendency of dispositions and behaviors in the society. Then the author will dig into the root causes of the tragedies in the fifth part， and sum up the whole paper to reveal the ideological weak points of the two countries separately in the last part.
