初三上学期英语教学工作计划

这学期我担任了初三(9)、(10)两个班的英语教学工作。从一开始接触这帮学生,我就感到了无形的压力。通过这些日子和同事的交流以及对学生的了解,我做了以下简单的英语教学计划

一、班级学生基本情况分析及对策:

这些学生和以往学生相比在英语基础方面很薄弱。抽单词,每个班一个不对的达到20人之多,还不算对十个八个的,句型默写就更别提了,这是以往没有的。初三的学生如果基础差到连一个单词都不会拼写,要想补救应该是很困难的。面对这种情形,我感到从未有过的困惑。英语课上不能有良好的学习习惯,将近40%的学生甚至在书写音标和字母的拼读上都相当困难。

所以这学期需要:加强基础知识的训练,转变学生的学习态度;学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律等。

二、指导思想:

在本学期的英语教学中:

1、要面向全体学生,关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,培养创新精神;
