When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation schedul ing system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.
In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and eXPerience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Schedul ing Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.
I selected proper fairs held in Europe carefully via a powerful tool online and dealt with its procedures and coordinated work planning, implemented resolutions. I registered and arranged hotel and air ticket booking for our clients, translating & filing letters and collecting required documentations for future visa-application. We provide complete solutions to meet our clients’ demand.
I left the company for a great escape cos’ I felt so tired and exhausted. I then went to Ginde Pipeline Group and Yuandai Group for a couple of months as a formal translator. Frankly the benefits and remuneration there were acceptable. But I didn’t feel relaxed or say happy with the job. I resigned and grasped the the life-changing opportunity. I was fortunately picked up to act as an interpreter and assistant to an entrepreneur to pay a business visit to Charlotte, NC, USA on Sept. 20xx. I completed the mission successfully. I got the B1/B2 Visa to USA for one year multi-entry.
On Oct. 14, 20xx, I boarded on the flight CA-983 from Peking to Los Angeles. After the 15 hrs long flight and jet lag, I arrived in LAX on time and started the new life in America. I’ve been travelling over 30 cities, 20 states around the country. I love New York, I love Chicago, I love Las Vegas and I love USA.
Now, I’m back to my motherland and on my way to prosperous future.

I changed my work and tried several other jobs like being an English teacher in training centers in Shanghai, but it didn’t fit me at all. Anyway, I enjoyed my life and work in Shanghai. I love the city not only for the beauties of the skyscrapers and high class environment but the whole general feeling, the urban culture like Pub culture, metropolis ambiences all over the city and the people of modern style and high fashion art everywhere you may make a close touch of. really impressed me a lot in many aspects and had a strong impact on my mind and heart. Along with the price increase in real estate, the living expenses made a heavy burden to me. On the other hand, the family tie pushes me to return to my hometown, Shenyang. I went back reluctantly with great regrets. Farewell to Shanghai!
I got my first job as a Biz consultant in a sourcing and service agency shortly after I came back to Shenyang. I did a good job and was sent to Greece, Europe on Sept.17, 20xx accompanying a GM regarding negotiation in food import.

“班会上做自我介绍，大家都四平八稳地说几句话，所谓做人要低调。”回忆起四年前的班级见面会，浙江财经学院刚毕业的刘灵渊觉得，自我介绍并无多大意义。

网友“我是晓晓”则一针见血地说，有的人刻意准备华丽的自我介绍，目的是希望给老师留个好印象，然后顺风顺水地当上学生干部。
大家好！我叫。上幼年时曾作过许多色彩斑斓的梦，当个播音员、或者当一名电视节目主持人是我最大的梦想。于是，我利用一切机会学播音，练演讲，说相声，打快板，表演舞蹈，主持节目。我参加爸爸所在部队的春节文艺晚会，我表演的快板书绕口令受到战士们的热烈欢迎。

大家好!我的名字叫___，汉族。我的个子不矮，但和班上的高个儿比起来，就逊色多了。和大多数同学一样，我今年也是18岁。我的缺点。主要是作事不麻利，自觉性不高，对自我的事不上心。上六年级的时候，学校就在我家对面。我却常常是七点半起床，要做半个多小时的准备才能出门，还经常迟到。因此同学们叫我“迟到大王”。
此刻，最起码六点多就要起床，才能有足够的时候吃饭、坐车等。这对我是个挑战。但是，我必须要借这个机会，改掉我不麻利的坏习惯。另外，自觉性不高，上课不免做些小动作、讲话。前几天大家都参加了军训，站着要一动也不动。我感到透过这次军训，我的自觉性有所提高。我也期望在以后的学习中改掉这个毛病。对自我的事不上心。我在当数学课代表时，有好几次本子忘发，作业没收齐，挨过老师不少责备。我也期望改掉它。我有决心改掉我的缺点和坏习惯。我的优点：我和很多同学一样，也找不出我的优点。我和父母讨论之后得出：较有上进心，较乐观。至于我更多的优点，就靠大家的发掘了!我的兴趣爱好。我比较喜欢游泳，踢足球，也对军事感兴趣。如果谁和我“志同道合”，就能够找我交个朋友。

我想先向大家介绍一下我们那的情况，永州处于湖南南部，濒临广西，我的家乡位于湖南与广西交界处，湘江流经我们那里，这是全国唯一的一条由南向北流的河。我们那的饮食文化方面也很有特色，有名列八大湘菜之首的东安鸡，著名的永州血鸭，离著名的桂林市也只有一百多公里的距离。
刚才跟大家说了我们那的情况，接下来说说我自己，我生性腼腆内向，有点害羞，我自己也意识到这种性格的缺陷，也曾经想过改变，但是我感觉仅凭我自己的力量很难做到，希能帮助我克服这些缺点。我是复读生，非常羡慕那些第一年就能够考上的人，很不幸第一年没考上，复读了一年，总算考上了。我希望在此能体会到大学生活的丰富多彩，据说美国的大学生很累，大学就像人间地狱一样，而在，很多大学生却在玩，这种现象本不应该出现，大学之后直接走向工作岗位，所以和中学阶段很不相同，而我们高中阶段把很多时间都用在学习上。大学阶段应该过得充实，首先要把专业知识学好，这关系到我们以后的工作，是我们以后事业的基石，我比较喜欢建筑学。其次多参加各种各样的活动，让我们的大学生活充实，美好，少留遗憾。

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.
Education background
In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.
At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of excellent Graduation Thesis.

Autobiography
From a middle class family, I was born in Hsin Ying, Tainan on October 10th, 1965. My father is a civil official at Tainan City Government. My mother is a house wife good at cooking. Although I am the only child of my parents, I am by no mans a spoiled one. On the contrary, I have been expected to be a successful man with advanced education. I study hard at school. Besides texts knowledge, journalism is my favorite; whenever reading, my heart is filled with great joy and
