I love English,it gives me a colorful dream. I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different countries. I can see many places of great interests. I dream that I can go to London, because it is the birth place of English.
every one of us, rich or poor, should at least have one or two good friends. my friends will listen to me when i want to speak, will wipe my eyes when i cry, will take care of me when i am sick, and my friends will go together with me side by side through this journey of life.
friendship is a kind of treasure in our lives. it is actually like a bottle of wine, the longer it is kept, the sweeter it will be. it is also like a cup of tea. when we are thirsty, it will be our best choice, but when we have enough time to enjoy ourselves, it is also the most fragrant drink.
as we know, we would feel lonely if we didnt even have a friend. but it doesnt mean we could depend on our friends all the time. there is a famous motto saying that "a friend is like a quilt with cotton wadding, but the real thing that keeps you warm is your own temperature.” it is really true. we have to work hard together with our friends, encourage
each other and help each other. when we receive love and friendship, we should repay as much as we can.
finally, lets pray together now that one day, all of us could find the person we want to find, and could enjoy a real beautiful friendship in our lives. lets pray the flower of friendship be-tween our friends and us would always bloom brightly in our hearts
Chaucer was over seventy , but he was not convinced of his age. At a time he boasted: “Myphysical strength is as strong as that I was young.” The opposite person asked: “ What do yourely on? ” Chaucer said : “ There is a big stone roller in my compound. I couldn’t heave it whenwas young, neither can I now.”

Good morning !
my great pleasure to share my dream with you today.I have kept the dream in my mind for so long that whoever in the sun is able to live a happy life for ever.
I think this dream is deeply rooted in the future. As we can see, we are now not far away from violence, poverty, diseases, environmental pollution and even wars. Most of people are in need of what they have never enjoyed. However, I still can stick to my innermost dream, as I still can see the bright lights in our future. I believe, there will be a day when those from the rich counties are really willing to share what they have with those from the poor countries; there will be a day when we are surprised to find that the word poverty has long been out of our memories; there will be a day when we are together to share our dreams and we will all contribute to making our common dreams come true.
I will not just wait but to take action to live in my dream.
5:The Road to Happiness
It is a commonplace among moralists that you cannot get happiness by pursuing it. This is only true if you pursue it unwisely. Gamblers at Monte Carlo are pursuing money, and most of them lose it instead, but there are other ways of pursuing money, which often succeed. So it is with happiness. If you pursue it by means of drink, you are forgetting the hangover. Epicurus pursued it by living only in congenial society and eating only dry bread, supplemented by a little cheese on feast days. His method proved successful in his case, but he was a valetudinarian, and most people would need something more vigorous. For most people, the pursuit of happiness, unless supplemented in various ways, is too abstract and theoretical to be adequate as a personal rule of life. But I think that whatever personal rule of life you may choose it should not, except in rare and heroic cases, be incompatible with happiness. If you look around at the men and women whom you can call happy, you will see that they all have certain things in common.
The most important of these things is an activity which at most gradually builds up something that you are glad to see coming into existence. Women who take an instinctive pleasure in their children can get this kind of satisfaction out of bringing up a family. Artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work seems good to them. But there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. Many men who spend their working life in the city devote their weekends to voluntary and unremunerated toil in their gardens, and when the spring comes, they experience all the joys of having created beauty. The whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly.
It had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. Perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recover, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. But when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. It is the simple things that really matter. If a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure in the alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. If, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his children’s noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen--a different diet, or more exercise, or what not. Man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. This is a humble conclusion, but I cannot make myself disbelieve it. Unhappy businessmen, I am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking six miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.
1. ladies and gentlemen , good afternoon! i’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. today my topic is “youth”. i hope you will like it , and found the importance in your youth so that more cherish it.
first i want to ask you some questions:
1、 do you know what is youth?
2、 how do you master your youth?
youth
youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshne; it is the freshneof the deep springs of life .
youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. this often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . nobody grows old merely by a number of years . we grow old by deserting our ideals.
years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .
whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . in the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wirelestation : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .
when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.
thank you!
2.ladies and gentlemen, good morning! i’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech.
man’s life is a proceof growing up, actually i’m standing here is a growth. if a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then i grow up along with these choices. once i hope i can study in a college in future, however that’s passed, as you know i come here, now i wonder what the future holds for me.
when i come to this school, i told to myself: this my near future, all starts here. following i will learn to become a man, a integrated man, who has a fine body, can take on important task, has independent thought, an open mind, intensive thought, has the ability to judge right and wrong, has a perfect job.
once my teacher said :” you are not sewing, you are stylist; never forget which you should lay out to people is your thought, not craft.” i will put my personality with my interest and ability into my study, during these procei will combine learning with doing. if i can achieve this “future”, i think that i really grow up. and i deeply believe kindred, good-fellowship and love will perfection and happy in the future.
how to say future? maybe it’s a nice wish. lets make up our minds, stick to it and surely well enjoy our life.
3 my definition of success
“once upon a time, there was a king who had a daughter as beautiful as a blooming rose. to all the suitors who came to the king's palace to ask for the hand of the princess, the old king assigned three tasks to be accomplished, each next to impossible. one day, into the king's palace came a handsome young prince..." well, you know the rest. the three tasks may be different in different versions, but the main plot is always the same, with the prince claiming the princess's hand triumphantly.
and the ending is always the same, finishing with the line "and they live happily every after."
why aren't we tired of something so fanciful, so unrealistic, and, i would say, so unimaginative? how can a story like that endure generations of repetition`? because, i think, it is a typical succestory. it is highly philosophical and symbolic. by implication, we see a 4-step definition of success: 1 ) a goal to be set. as represented by the beautiful princess; 2 ) challenges to be met, as represented by the three tasks; 3 ) the proceof surmounting difficulties, as represented by the ordeals the youth goes through; and 4 ) the reward of success, as represented by the happy marriage.
the story not only caters to everyone's inward yearning for success, but also emphasizes the inseparability of the proceand the result. the reward of succewill be much amplified if the path leading towards it is treacherous, and vice versa. if a person inherits his father's millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person even in material terms, because there are no difficulties involved in his achieving affluence. the term "success", to be sure. will not sit still for easy definition. but as i understand it, the true meaning of succeentails a combination of both the proceand the satisfactory result of an endeavor. to clarify my view, let me give another analogy.
Matt and his wife lived in the country. Matt was very stingy and hated spending money. One day a fair came to the nearby town.
"Let’s go to the fair, Matt," his wife said. "We haven’t been anywhere for a long time."
Matt thought about this for a while. He knew he would have to spend money at the fair. At last he said, "All right, but I’m not going to spend much money. We’ll look at things, but we won’t buy anything. "
They went to the fair and looked at all the things to buy. There were many things Matt’s wife wanted to buy, but he would not let her spend any money.
Then, in a nearby field, they saw a small airplane.
"Fun flights!" the notice said, " $$ 10 for 10 minutes.
Matt had never been in an airplane and he wanted to go on a fun flight. However, he didn’t want to have to pay for his wife, as well.
"I’ve only got $$ 10, " he told the pilot. "Can my wife come with me for free?" The pilot wasn’t selling many tickets, so he said, "I’ll make a bargain with you. If your wife doesn’t scream or shout, she can have a free flight."
Matt agreed, and got into the small airplane with his wife.
The pilot took off and made his airplane do all kinds of things. At one moment it was flying upside down.
When the plane landed, the pilot said, "0. K. your wife didn’t make a sound. She can have her ride free."
"Thank you," Matt said. "It wasn’t easy for her, you know, especially when she fell out."
Almost everyone knows the famous Chinese saying:A young idler,an old beggar. Throughout history,we have seen many cases in which this saying has again and again proved to be true.
It goes without saying that the youth is the best time of life, during which one's mental and physical states are at their peaks. It takes relatively less time and pains to learn or accept new things in a world full of changes and rapid developments. In addition, one is less likely to be under great pressure from career, family and health problems when young. Therefore,a fresh mind plus enormous energy will ensure success in different aspects of life.
Of course,we all know:no pains,no gains. If we don't make every effort to make good use of the advantages youth brings us,it is impossible to achieve any goals. As students,we should now try our best to learn all the subjects well so that we can be well prepared for the challenges that we will face in the future.
Honesty
Ladies and Gentlemen: My topic is Honesty.
As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News, I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon's tooth. This is a true story.
65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure.
In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave. On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon's mouth.
He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20xx, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome.
When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one's error.
Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. I would like to say to all of my friends: Let's be honest people of good moral character.
Thank you.
I am very glad to say something here. At this time, I'd like to talk about my hobbies.
I have many hobbies. First, I like playing video games. Computer games are cool. I could play it all day. Second, I like all kinds of sports. I love fresh air and sunshine. Playing football with friends is fun.
Swimming in the sea is my favorite. I also like to draw pictures at home. Further more, I like music. I like singing. I often sing film songs when I walk in the street. Of course, I learn English everyday. As you know, English is used everywhere in the world. So I learn English very hard. I hope I can travel around the world and speak English with foreigners some day.
There is more I like to do. There is more I want to say. Maybe I can tell you more next time. Thank you for listening.

A man who lived in a block of apartments thought it was raining and put his head out the window to check. As he did so a glass eye fell into his hand.
He looked up to see where it came from in time to see a young woman looking down.
"Is this yours?" he asked.
She said, "Yes, could you bring it up?" and the man agreed.
On arrival she was profuse in her thanks and offered the man a drink. As she was very attractive he agreed. Shortly afterwards she said, "I'm about to have dinner. There's plenty. Would you like to join me?"
He readily accepted her offer and both enjoyed a lovely meal. As the evening was drawing to a close the lady said, "I've had a marvelous evening. Would you like to stay the night?"
The man hesitated then said, "Do you act like this with every man you meet?"
"No," she replied, "Only those who catch my eye."

Doing exercise
Having fun
When having to make a choice most people think they have to choose between the two. Far too often people go for the latter and naturally choose fun. For instance many people would prefer watching television, or more commonly known as TV to exercising, we all know that it’s true, right? The problem is, if you don’t exercise you will become weak and ultimately out of shape and it is no fun to be out of shape, right? So the question is, why not turn exercise into fun?
As an example, if TV is your favorite thing to do, why not connect your TV set to an electric generator that is charged by a stationary bike, you know, the kind of bike you peddle, that doesn’t go anywhere. So think about it, the more you watch TV, the fitter you’ll be.
Now if you are the kind of person who thinks listening to music is fun and you spend many hours alone tap tap tapping your fingers and your toes to the beat, why not take it one step further and get up on your feet and dance, dance, dance.
Or maybe you’re the type of person who prefers being with your friends. There are many ways one could have fun with their pals. For instance you could just hang out and do nothing or better yet you could get into a friendly game of basketball or football there is no rule that says everyone has to be as good as Yao Ming or David Beckham, right?
However sometimes there just aren’t enough players, or you may even be alone in which case you could go for a ride on your bike, maybe, stop by the library to borrow a book, or go for a walk around the park and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Before you know it, you’re having fun.
Let’s face it, exercise is work and when we think of work we think of thankless underpaid hardships yet it needn’t be this way, if we think of exercise as fun.
The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.
Attitude to me is more important than facts.
It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what the other people think, say,or do.
It is more important than the appearance, the giftedness or skill.
It will make or break a company,a church ,a home.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day, regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.
We cannot change our past.We cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way.We cannot change the inevitable.
The only thing we can do is play on the one stage we have. And that is our attitudes.
I am convinced that life is ten percent what happens to me ,and ninety percent how I react to it.And so it is with you.
We are in charge of our attitudes.
Good afternoon:
Honorable judges, dear teachers and close friends.i’m very glad to stand here to share my speech with you.today i’m going to talk about dreams.
Everyone has a dream.
My great pleasure to share my dream with you today.i have kept the dream in my mind for so long that whoever in the sun is able to live a happy life for ever.
Martin luther king had a dream-and we can all recall his civil rights speech.phil knight had a dream-and now the whole world knows his nike slogan“just do it”!
Ialso have a dream, but not only a simple one.
good afternoon everybody!
its my honor to speak here and i am very glad to share my topic with all of you. today id like to talk about “my dream”. i do not just have one dream, in fact, i have three. they are: a healthy life, a happy family and to travel my great country.
i have always admired the long healthy life my grandparents have. they are older than 80 years of age and they are still alive and kicking! how do they do that!? my grandparents plant vegetables and grow rice themselves; even in their old age they still make food for themselves! i guess that is why they can remain healthy. more importantly they remain humble and never ask for too much from life. perhaps that makes them common, but they live a happy life. my grandmother once told me this:” i do not want to live long, only long enough for some grand children to be running around in my house”. i want to live a long, healthy and happy life just as they have.
since my graduation from primary school, until now, every time on my birthday i make the same wish. i wish my parents will not fight anymore. i am not complaining that they gave me a bad childhood, they just fight so much! i am unhappy but that does not mean they do not love me. they do! they love me with all their heart. i love my parents also; i want them to live a happy life as well.
i want to travel this great country of ours. i want to see the beauty of our country. i want to see the miracles that made this country great! i want to go from the east to west, from the north all the way down to the south! i have a dream, that one day i can travel and see my country with my family and friends! if that is not possible, seeing my country on my own is good enough also. if i can fulfill all three of my dreams in life, then god can take me away. i would be happy, and l would have lived a full and prosperous life.
thank you everyone for listening to my dreams.
thank you!
Hello everybody,
My name is Tiffany, a Year 2 student from the University of Macau. I am currently an active member of the university Public Speaking Team, president of the Honours College Student Association, and also the vice president of the event department in Marketing Society. I am very active and outgoing. I enjoy being with people, engaged in conversations with them so that I can understand them more. I like public speaking as it can help increase my self-esteem and self-confidence. Aside from public speaking, I am also good at English recitation. I have joined the Macao-wide English Individual Recitation for a number of times when I was studying in the secondary school.
Imagine a car without a steering wheel. Tough to imagine, right? Well, actually that’s the image you see if a person has no faith. Faith helps to guide us in our lives, encourage us to persist, and give directions when we are lost.
In this peaceful era, our life paths seem to be already well-planned and determined. What we have to do is to follow. Yes, we may face different sorts of challenges, but at least they are less harsh when compared to those in the past. We do not need to worry about starving to death, or how to earn enough money to buy food for our siblings and sustain our lives.
It is like driving from a muddy road into a highway. In the muddy road, path, you would say, as it is formed only by crossing on it many times, flattening the ground to form a smoother area so we can pass. The road is so bumpy and rough, with holes here and there and rocks lying all over. When we drive along this road, we have to be very careful, having a firm grip on the steering wheel, ready for a sudden turn or a large boulder that may appear any second. However, when we drive on a highway, everything becomes different. The road is smooth, straight, and visible. Since there is no unseen obstacle, we may lower our guard, relax a bit, and loosen our grip on the steering wheel. One may even think, if we only have to drive on a smooth straight road like this highway, why would we need a steering wheel?
Faith is unique, just as happiness is. We feel happy for different reasons, we believe for different things. How can we know what we believe in? Recall the last time you are discouraged, and you felt you had lost all hopes in your life. What pulled you back into the world? What pushed you to stand up and continue to strive again? That is your faith, your belief. Faith is what makes you feel you can when others say you can’t.
!Faith is important…, faith is vital…, faith is necessary for us to live our lives. If we do not have faith, we are like a car without a steeling wheel. We can only afford to move along a straight and smooth path, and cannot meet any challenge in our lives. One must understand that no matter how smooth the road is, it is impossible for a car to go without a steering wheel. Or, put it in another way, have you ever seen a car without a steering wheel on the road? So, act now, my friends, find out what you believe in, find out your anchor in your life, hold on to your steeling wheel
of your car, drive on, and reach your destination.
Thank you very much.

Today as the development of the technology people live a much better life than before the average wage is promoted highly. The economy develops at the cost of polluting the environment we can see the pollution everywhere like the river water is dirty the situation is so serious that we must take some action to control the environmental pollution. First we should not throw away the rubbish whenever we have rubbish at hand we should keep the habit to throw it into the dustbin sometimes the garbage can be recycled. Second the government should make some measure to punish the industry which is not deal with the pollution well. With the government’s intervention the businessmen will pay special attention to the pollution and dare not to ignore it. Protecting the environment needs everyone’s effort to ourselves and our offspring’s health we must take action to protect the environment. Stepping into the new century environment pollution has become more serious than ever since. There are different kinds of pollution. Such as water pollution air pollution and noise pollution and so on. It seems that we live on a planet which is full of pollution. where all these pollution comes from? To a large extend the environmental destruction is the heavy price that we pay for the rapid development of economy and the growing population. In order to have more fuel people cut down trees and dig more corals. But the growing needs for energy are hardly to meet. Countless private cars on the street the gas stations are short of gasoline even the government has raise the price so many times in order to control the needs of gasoline but it’s still not working. Overusing the natural resources has already affected the ecological balance. However the factories still release the toxic air into the sky and the polluted water into the rivers. People still lack of the conscious of protecting the environment. I think it’s time for all of us to do something. The government should put forward some more strict laws to prevent the environment from being further polluted. And they should let people know more about the importance of environment protection. And we should find the balancebetween the economic growth and environmental protection. Plant more trees in the deserts and stop cutting down the forest. Forbid the factories to pour the waste water into the rivers directly. Encourage people to use public transportations to work. Both government and ordinary people should join hands together to make our home clean and fresh again. Only in this way our earth could be a better place to live in.

My Dream
I dream of being a policewoman.
My father is a policeman. He always has to work extra hours and comes
home late and tired. He has to go to the police station immediately any time he is needed, no matter how late it is at night. I once asked him why he chose this hard job. He answered with a smile, “Yes I am sometimes very tired but I’m happy when I help others. ”
As I grow up, I gradually come to understand her words. I made up my mind to be a policewoman.
I want to help others. I want to see people living happily with their families and friends. So I want to be a policewoman.
Being a policewoman is my dream. I think it is simple but meanful .
My Dream
I dream of being a doctor.
My mother is a doctor. She always has to work extra hours and comes
home late and tired. She has to go to the hospital immediately any time she is needed, no matter how late it is at night. When I was very little and still in
primary school, I once asked her why she chose such a boring and hard job. She answered with a smile, “Yes I am sometimes very tired but seeing my patients getting better and better makes me happy from the bottom of my heart.”
As I grow up, I gradually come to understand her words and realize doctors are noble. I made up my mind to be a doctor when I was in junior school and this has never changed since then.
I really hope to see a world where there is no cancer, no Aids, no fatal
disease, no one suffering from illness. But this is only a fantasy. What about the reality? There are still many many people who are faced with disastrous disease and suffering from constant pain. There are still many many people living in miserable condition and live miserably. There are still many many people dying of cancer and leaving the beautiful world reluctantly. All those things make me feel sad because I think everyone has the right to live . I want to help the sick and reduce their pain as much as I can. I want to bring a healthy body to the patients and save their lives as many as I can. I want to see people cured ,living happily with their families and friends after my treatment. So I want to be a doctor ,an angel in white.
When I become a doctor, I will cherish each life regardless of the races,
sexes, ages, positions and occupations. I will do every bit to cure the incurable.
I already have a dream in my heart,so I have to make every effort to realize it.As a high school student now,I will seize every chance to study hard, arm
myself with knowledge, prepare myself for the future and strive for my dreams. I will be determined, face the reality bravely and not surrender to any problems I meet.
Is’s like Gothe says,“The important thing in life is to have a great aim and be determined to attain it.”Being a doctor is my dream. I think it is simple but meanful.
THE first time I sa that time, I have focused on him. Then gradually, I found that he not only has good appearance, but also has a talent for badminton.
He is very tall, about 1.90 meters. He is the tallest one among all the players in the Chinese Badminton Team. In 20xx, he is chosen as the flag holder stands for China in the opening ceremony in the 15th Asian Games held in Doha. It prehensive, but he is lack of passion, the desire to e toe, he proved himself again in Guangzhou, which is considered as his lucky place.
I think this will be the energy of his advancing. And I hope he can keep this fighting will and win the gold medal in the 29th Olympic Games held in Beijing!
Best wishes!
Dear:
How to develop low-carbon economy, There have been many environmentalprotection problems in recent years . One of the most serious problem isgreenhouse gas emissions have caused climate change, At the same time ,lots oftrees have been used and wasted. So our earth is becoming warmer and warmer. .That brings us illnesses and death.
Luckily, many countries have done a lot to stop environmental pollution. It's the most important in the environmental protection today.
In my opinion, on the one hand ,through education we should make peoplerealize that destroying the environment means destroying ourselves, On the otherhand , we should try to do something to produce fewer greenhouse gasemissions.
In a word. we must develop low-carbon economy.
It's my honor to speak here and I am very glad to share my topic with all of you. Today I'd like to talk about “my dream”.
Thank you!
Changing Ourselves
Honorable judges, ladies and gentlemen, good morning!
Today, my topic is “Changing Ourselves”.
At first, I'd like to tell you a little story about an insurance salean in Tokyo. Even though this man tried very hard to promote the insurance, nobody bought it. One day, he came to a all temple and began to brag about his insurance. After listening to his introduction, the monk said: “Your recommendation of insurance can't arouse any of my interests! When you are communicating with others, you must have the charm to attract others, or you will be unpromising in the future. Young man, try to change yourself!”
The salean thought deeply about each word. From then on, he invited all his friends to point out his weakness and kept on improving himself bit by bit for all his life. Thirty years later, he became a millionaire. And this man is the famous salesperson in the world: Yuan Yi Ping. His experience reflects one attitude: sometimes, we should change ourselves instead of changing the world.
Human beings always scan others, therefore, lots of people just see the flaws of them, then they will blame and criticize the outside factors, some people will even try to change them! Unfortunately, they ignore the importance of the inner factors.
Everybody in the world needs to examine himself critically, everybody has to learn to be tolerant and generous. You won't think the world is splendid unless you change your attitude first.
Dear friends, we'd better remodel ourselves rather than blame each other. If we do so, we'll find that yesterday's sorrow is today's gratification, yesterday's opponent is today's assistant, and yesterday's failure is today's success! Remember: if we can change ourselves, we can change the whole world!
Thank you!

good morning, ladies and gentlemen, today i am so happy to stand here to give you a speech.or rather, a real story of mine.
though with time going by,i can still remember what you once told me.you should be a brave girl.smiling, you looked into my eyes.year in,year out, nearly most of my memories are fading little by little.but only this simple sentence remained, without being forgotten in my life.
again and again,i can not stop myself from thinking about it.so ordinary, but so impressive,so moving, just like the brightest sunshine,it helps me go through the darkest night.i am such a sensitive girl in your heart.you said,my sorroful facial expression made feel so distersssed.however, there is one thing i never tell you, that is ,i am becoming a big girl gradually with your words and smiles.i never tell you about it,for i believe oneday, you can see the great changes of mine for yourself.that is what i want to do in return.as i know, that will be the best gift for you.
i suddenly think of a song named my heart will go on.there is a beautiful sentence going like this.you are safe in my heart.more than once,i was moved to tears by it.i know ,i am also safe in your heart.i have already forgotten when i told you i was going to leave for australia this summer holiday.you just smiled as usual, gently speaking.whatever you decide to do,i will be in favor of it,but, just onething, remember, when you fell lonely abroad,do not forget we are here ,praying for you.we are all around you,far across the distance and space between us.i closed my eyes, the flashback started.the memories we had together, once we played games on the palyground,we played jokes on each other, you always wrote a lot of sentences on my articles to encourage me.and the most unforgetable thing, you told me,you believed m i could be a big girl.sooner or later.
at that specific moment,i suddenly understood the meaning of this sentence totally.so on that day,i smiled as you used to,looking at you.the last words i said were, keep walking in sunshine.
yes, keep walking in sunshine.i said to you ,also to myself.i know i am not alone wiht your company, and we can keep walking in sunshine till the last minute of our days.
i promise,i will be a big girl.
i promise,i will be a brave girl.
i promise,i will keep walking in sunshine.
that is my speech,thank you!
