暑假，我和我的两个好朋友一起去北京玩。回来时，我们在火车上聊天，其中我的一个好朋友竟拿我开玩笑。她真是哪壶不开提哪壶，这样我是最受不了的，于是赏了她个巴掌，那拍得叫一个响。我还厉声喝道：“你真是神经病，我要跟你绝交!”说着我就不理她了。我本想让她给我道个歉，这事就过去了。可是她的脾气跟驴似的，一个字“倔”。平时，都是我与她道歉，她怎么可能跟我道歉!我真是有点异想天开，算了，我拿起本书看了起来。我看到了《负荆请罪》这一篇脍炙人口的故事。它是讲蔺相如为了赵国的利益，处处避让廉颇，这是宽容，廉颇向蔺相如请罪，蔺相如原谅了他，这也是宽容。宽容如水。宽容，要原谅他人的过错，做个心胸大度的人。宽容如水一样温柔，在遇到矛盾时，它似一涨清泉款款抹去彼此心中的敌意，使人冷静、清醒。正如文章中蔺相如多次遭到廉颇的挑衅，却没有发怒，而是避而远之，宽容了他，这是多么深明大义的举动啊!
呜……呜……呜……火车到站了。我们又从北京回到了遂川，回家后，我打开了电视，少儿频道正在播《喜羊羊与灰太狼之牛气冲天》。动画片我看完了，记得印象最深的一句话是软绵绵村长说的，它说：“宽恕自己的敌人，也是一种勇敢的行为。”是啊，许多人都会因为仇恨蒙蔽双眼，其实只要放下仇恨，宽恕自己的敌人，也许敌人会恢复善良的本性。俗话说：“少一个敌人就是多一个朋友。”谁会希望多一个敌人，少一个朋友呢?我一直在想：我应该向她道歉吗?
第二天，我鼓起了勇气，借妈妈的电话与她道了歉。我原本以为她不会原谅我，毕竟我打了她，还说了伤她心的话，而且她的脾气……唉，算了，多道几次歉吧!可是事情却出出乎我的意料，她对我说：“其实是我不对，不应该拿你来开玩笑。这几天，我想了很多很多，我们和好吧!”我激动得说不出话来。是啊，我宽容了她，她也宽容了我，我们互相宽容，结局是多么美好啊!”

folks, it's long past time to cut the middle class back into the deal, so they can benefit from the economic growth they helped create. folks, there used to be a bargain in this country supported by democrats6 and republicans, business and labor7. the bargain was simple. if an employee contributed to the growth and profitability of the company, they got to share in the profits and the benefits as well. that's what built the middle class. it's time to restore the bargain, to deal the middle class back in. because, folks, when the middle class does well, everybody does well-the wealthy get wealthier and the poor have a way up.
you know, the middle class is not a number. it's a value set. it means being able to own your home; raise your children in a safe neighborhood; send them to a good school where if they do well they can qualify to go to college and if they get accepted you'd be able to find a way to be able to send them to college. and in the meantime, if your parents need help, being able to take care of them, and hope to put aside enough money so that your children will not have to take care of you.

after school, a thing coming as a surprise happened on me on my way back home. when i was riding suddenly a crowed of people rushed out to stopped my bike.i recogized them at once. they were my senior classmates. they all comlained to me,“why don't you tell us about your birthday? don't you fear that we will let you stand treat? this time you owe us.” then each of them gave a gift and a card with best wishes to me. i was deeply moved again. i suggested having a dinner together. but they all refused because of the time. then they left me saying we would ask you to pay us another day!

那还是上小学四年级的时候，当时我可能是全校人见人恨的坏学生。反正没有一个人喜欢我，我就破罐子破摔！旷课、逃学是经常的事，如果有哪位老师管我，我就专门和他作对，等他在上面讲课的时候，我就在下面说话，并且故意把音量提得高高的，直到把老师气得吹胡子瞪眼睛的时候，我则在下面偷着乐。如果同学们拎来一桶水，我会毫不犹豫地把手伸进桶里，抑或是往桶里扔两个粉笔头，害得全班同学喝不成。班主任，任课老师，同学们都对我恨之入骨，最后，我被忍无可忍的班主任"清理门户"了。

年前，在广州市各地经常都会有花市。花市里有各种各样的花、年桔，有过年吃的食品，还有风车和各型各色的小饰品。大人们去买花，小孩呢，当然就是去凑热闹了。三三两两结伴在一起，到处溜达，到处玩耍。饿了就买吃的，渴了就买喝的，看见心爱的东西，买下来就是了，真够爽的。
过年，可有一大堆事情要做。人们忙着去买这买那，吃的、穿的、用的……过年，当然就少不了贴春联、贴“福”字。贴春联，是重要的年节民俗。春节前夕，家家户户都要贴上红红的春联，一副副透着喜庆和热烈的春联表达了人们迎新纳福、企盼新生活的美好愿望。在我国，人们往往用一个“福”字来表达对福运、福气、幸福的向往和追求。每当辞旧迎新的`时刻，家家户户都要把“福”字贴在屋门上，意味着福气进入家门。许多地方还倒贴“福”字，利用“倒”与“到”的谐音，寓意“福到了”。
到了除夕夜，家家户户都要吃团年饭。这顿晚饭，是一年中最丰盛的。肉类、菜类、豆类、海鲜食品……满满一桌都是无比丰盛的菜肴，看着就让人垂涎三尺。在“无鸡不成宴”的广州，一大早市场就挤满了人，鸡档的老板忙得不亦乐乎。晚饭后，大家一起坐在沙发上看春晚，进行新年倒计时。
过年了，人人都换上了新衣，相约出去玩耍、聚餐。最开心的肯定是小孩子了。每逢见着大人，甜甜地叫一句：“恭喜发财。”下一句“红包拿来”估计不用说你就已经拿到它了。
快乐的日字总是过得那么快，一眨眼就到了元宵节。元宵节的到来，就意味着春节快要过完了，大家又必须重新回到正常的生活轨道上，学生上学、大人上班……所以对于元宵节，我是又爱又恨。爱是因为可以吃上美味的汤圆；恨是因为过完元宵就得上学了。

作为一名幼儿教师，有什么比孩子更重要?有什么比孩子的安全和生命更重要?安全是什么?安全是一种仁爱之心。安全靠什么?安全靠的是责任心。在我们日常生活的每时、每分里,安全的隐患随时都象凶残的野兽张着血盆大口,盯着我们脆弱的身躯、麻痹的神经。你是否目睹过一个鲜活的生命活生生地从你眼前消逝?你是否听闻过一个原来充满欢笑的家庭在一天之内就陷入永久的哀恸?生命在忽然而来的灾难面前,永久是那样的脆弱、那样的无助、那样的不堪一击!
作为一名幼教工作者,面对的是一群天真无邪、懵懵懂懂的幼儿,面对的是一个个稚嫩柔弱的小生命。他们不涉世事,安全意识薄弱,缺乏自我爱护能力,在每天的学习生活中,一不小心就会发生这样那样的`意外,我们精神的那跟弦一直绷得紧紧的,直到他们被大人接走时挥着小手跟我们说再见的那一刻,才能放下。要知道我国每年有多少小生命在意外事故中消逝?各种安全隐患时刻在威胁着孩子们的健康成长。北京一所幼儿园的门卫在精神失常后砍伤十多生,其中一名幼儿因伤势过重,抢救无效死亡。某幼儿园的保育员老师在孩子们睡觉以后,离开寝室,导致蚊香引燃被絮,14名活泼可爱的幼儿还没等到背着书包进学堂的那一刻就在“好高级好高级”的幼儿园内被不该发生的烈火吞噬,他们再也不能够过他们欢乐的六一儿童节了。我清楚感受到,那一个个鲜活的生命和天真的容颜在如花般凋零时的本能挣扎,他们是那么的无奈和不甘。我的耳畔如同响起孩子们凄厉的惨叫声、无助的求救声：“老师,我好痛,老师,救救我!”这是多么令人难过的一幕!
是什么造成了这种不幸的发生?没有防止的可能么?假如不是那位值班的老师擅离职守,假如幼儿园录用人员时能严格把关,假如……那么这一切本来是可以防止的。但所有的“假如”在忽然袭来的灾难面前是那样的苍白无力。那些在痛苦中离去还没有来得及看清这个多彩世界的孩子们,如同在向观望的人们无言的诉说着：这个世界―我来过!
孩子是父母的盼望,是国家的将来。“一切为了孩子,为了一切孩子,为了孩子的一切”是我们的宗旨,“让孩子健康欢乐,让家长中意放心”是我们的目标。为了尽可能地杜绝一切安全事故的发生,我每天都能听到领导强调孩子安全第一的声音。为了尽可能的杜绝一切安全事故的发生,我每天都能看到老师为孩子组织安全活动的身影。为了尽可能的杜绝一切安全事故的发生,每天都有老师全身心的投入到工作中。听到老师们对孩子温柔慈爱的话语,我的心总是为之感动,为之震撼,久久不能平静!
我们一天天一年年护送着孩子安全走出幼儿园门口,我们几年如一日守候着他们走过童年岁月,呵护着他们渐渐长大,走向将来更宽阔的人生之路!在人生的旅途上,平安是每个人永恒的愿望,幸福是每个人永久的企盼。朋友们：我们都生活在一个由亲情，道德，责任，义务等等所交错而紧密的关系当中。因此个人就不仅是个人。每一个人的现在都与将来相连，每一个人的自身都与家庭相连，每一个人的荣辱都与整体相连。为了个人的成长,为了家庭的幸福，为了这荣辱相伴的整体，让我们共同筑起思想，行为和生命的安全长城。

现在很多人，在传统行业中举步危艰，生活过的很难很难，但又不敢去选择别的行业去搏一翻，他觉得未知的东西也很难。
难，是难，进也难，退也难，既然两头都是难，为什么我们就不能迎难而进，去开创一番美好事业呢？
世上无难事，只怕有心人，无认做任何事情，面对任何挑战，就看你自己是不是一个有心人了？当一个看到希望而失去信心时，是极端痛苦的，极端悲哀的，所以一个人的资本就是希望，的破产就是绝望，面临二十一世纪，人类的陷阱是“满足现状”。
莫彷徨了，朋友们，只要我们能充满自信和勇气，敢于梦想，敢于给自己定位，敢于冲破阻挠，我们就一定会梦想成真，一定会成就一番前所未有的事业。

我是来自高一x班的，很荣幸今天可以站在这里竞选学生会宣传部干事一职。我知道我今天的竞争对手都是各班精挑细选出来的精英，实力不可小看，但我充分相信自己的实力，可以胜任这份工作。
我想所谓的干事，就是为同学干活做事的人。我并不认为加入学生会就是领导干部了，学生会的成员只是全校几千名学生中幸运被信任选中的学生代表，代表同学行使合法权益。本着“奉献校园，服务同学”的宗旨，真正做到为同学们服务，为学校的建设尽心尽力。
总有人问我为什么总是活力四射，大家总能在人群中第一个发现我的存在。其实很简单，当你觉得疲惫时，跟我学，举起右手握拳：“我是希瑞，赐给我力量吧！”

今天我演讲的题目是《改变不了环境，就改变自己》。
的文学家托尔斯泰曾经说过：“世界上只有两种人：一种是观望者，一种是行动者。大多数人想改变这个世界，但没人想改变自己。”想要改变现状，就要改变自己;要改变自己。就得改变自己的观念。一切成就，都是从正确的观念开始的。一连串的失败，也都是从错误的观念开始的。要适应社会，适应环境，适应变化，就要学会改变自己。
柏拉图告诉弟-子自己能够移山，弟-子们纷纷请教方法，柏拉图笑道，说：“很简单，山若不过来，我就过去。”弟-子们一片哗然。
这一个世界上根本就没有移山之术，的一个移动山的方法就是：山不过来，我便过去。同样的道理，人不能改变环境，那么我们就要改变自己。
一个黑人小孩在他父亲的葡萄酒厂看守橡木桶。每天早上，他用抹布将一个个木桶擦干净，然后一排排地整齐地放好。令他生气的是，往往一夜之间，风就把他排列整齐的木桶吹得东倒西歪。
小男孩很委屈地哭了。父亲摸着小男孩的头说：“孩子，不要哭，我们可以想办法去征服风。”
于是小男孩擦干了眼泪坐在木桶边想啊想，想了半天终于想出了一个办法，他从井边挑来一桶又一桶的清水，然后把它们倒进那些空空的橡木桶里，然后他就忐忑不安地回家睡觉了。第二天，天刚蒙蒙亮，小男孩就匆匆地爬了起来，他跑到放桶的地方一看，那些橡木桶一个一个排列得整整齐齐，没有一个被风吹倒的，也没有一个被风吹歪的。小男孩开心地笑了，他对父亲说：“要想木桶不被风吹倒，就要加重木桶的重量。”男孩的父亲赞许地微笑了。
是的，我们不能改变风，改变不了这个这个世界上的许多东西，但是我们可以改变自己，给自己加重，这样我们就可以适应变化，不被打败!
在威斯敏斯特教堂地下室里，英国圣公会主教的墓碑上写着这样一段话：当我年轻自由的时候，我的想象力没有任何局限，我梦想改变这个世界。当我渐渐成熟明智的时候，我发现这个世界是不可改变的，于是我将眼光放得短浅了一些，那就只改变我的国家吧!但是我的国家似乎也是我无法改变的。当我到了迟暮之年，抱着最后一丝努力的希望，我决定只改变我的家庭、我最亲近的人——但是，唉!他们根本不接受改变。现在我在临终之际，我才突然意识到：如果起初我只改变自己，接着我就可以依次改变我的家人。然后，在他们的激发和鼓励下，我也许能改变我的国家。再接下来，谁又知道呢，也许我连整个世界都可以改变。
人生如水，人只能去适应环境。如果不能改变环境，就改变自己，只有这样，才能克服更多的困难，战胜更多的挫折，实现自我。如果不能看到自己的缺点和不足，只是一味地埋怨环境不利，从而把改变境遇的希望寄托在改变环境上，这实在是徒劳无益。
虽然我们不能改变世界，但我们可以改变自己，让我们用爱心和智慧来面对一切环境。

大家好！前不久，我读了一则童话故事，它是英国作家王尔德写的《巨人的花园》。故事讲的是一个巨人看到孩子们在自己的花园里玩耍，很生气，他在花园周围筑起了高墙，将孩子们拒于墙外。从此以后，园里花不开，鸟不语，一片荒凉，春夏秋都不肯光临，只有冬天永远留在这里。一天，孩子们从墙洞爬进来，春天也就跟着孩子们来了，园里立刻变得生机勃勃。当他把孩子们再次赶出花园之后，花园又被冰雪覆盖了。后来，在小男孩的启发下，巨人醒悟了，随即拆除了围墙，花园成了孩子们的乐园，巨人生活在漂亮的花园和孩子们中间，感到无比地幸福……
王尔德的这个快乐故事，让我的心久久不能平静，那个巨人，他两次的自私与冷酷给花园带来了冰雪寒冬，让孩子们失去欢乐的同时，他自己也同样孤单寂寞，更享受不到花园里明媚的景色！我们常说：“赠人玫瑰，手有余香”。其实，快乐也一样，给别人快乐，自己也快乐。我还记得这样几句名言：“把你的痛苦与人分享，你的痛苦将会减少一半；把你的快乐与人分享，你的快乐将增加一倍。”是啊，分享快乐不会使自己损失什么，却能让这个世界充满温情。相反，有了快乐，一个人独乐，终也不会快乐。
与别人一起分享快乐是一种美德，因为快乐能够传染。其实很多时候，与别人分享快乐，既是给了别人一个机会，也是给了自己一个机会；既给了别人一个好心情，自己也留下了一份好心情。
既然这样，那么请打开你的心灵，真诚地与别人分享吧——自己是一团火，就要想法把别人点亮；自己是一盆水，就要想法把别人洗净；自己是一粒米，就要想法长出更大的稻穗；自己是一弯月，就要想法给夜行人送去清辉……与人共享快乐，你也会更加快乐！

一位归国博士对她的恬淡一见倾心，每日请人送一束玫瑰给她。送花的人还未走远，娇艳欲滴的玫瑰便在垃圾桶里安身立命。
她的骄傲伤了多少人的心，有人愤愤道：“看她究竟能找什么样的!”
其实她也困惑，冥冥之中，牵手之人到底身处何方?
一日，在朋友家聚餐。他来了，高高瘦瘦的，她并没有在意。晚餐结束时，大家张罗着一起收拾碗筷，他指着眼前的盘子说，浪费了可惜，交给我吧。说着，端起盘子，全然不管别人有何目光。她的心里有一种别样的感觉，扭头看他，有一种喜悦在心里渐渐升起。
后来，朋友们问她：“为什么会选择他呢?”她说：“一个懂得珍惜的人，才会懂得生活，这样的人让人感觉踏实。”
婚后的日子，她过得平静而幸福。结婚10周年纪念日里，昔日朋友纷纷前来庆贺，她依然那样年轻与美丽，一份淡定从容更添加了她的魅力。朋友们终于相信，她是幸福的，她当初的选择是对的。
有人问她，在你的婚姻中，有什么事让你感觉幸福?她想一想，抿嘴笑，说：“每顿饭后，看着他和儿子一起将家里收拾得干干净净，我感觉是那样的幸福。”

矫健的苍鹰扇动着双翅，翱翔在高空，无畏的目光点亮前进的道路，寻找自己的天堂。它自信，得到诗人的讴歌;它自强，受到英雄的敬仰。苍鹰尚且如此，满腔热血的我们又该如何主宰自己的人生呢?
生活中有这样一个故事：
一位中国留学生以优异的成绩考入了美国一所著名的大学。怀揣着梦想，他告别了父母，远离了家乡。但是，入学不久，他就提出了退学。理由很简单：生活饮食不习惯，父母所给的生活费已经花完。
回到家乡的机场，迎接他的是年近花甲的父亲，当他看到久违的父亲就高兴的扑过去，父亲一腿部，儿子扑了个空，一个趔趄摔倒在地。父亲看着尴尬的儿子深情的说：“孩子，这个世界上没有任何人能够做你的靠山，你若想在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地，任何时候都不能丧失那个叫自立、自信、自强的生命支点，一切全靠你自己。”说完，父亲塞给儿子一张返程机票。这位学生没跨进家门就直接登上了回到美国的航班，返校不久，他获得了学院里的最高奖学金，且有数篇论文陆续发表在有国际影响的刊物上。
上面的故事告诉我们一个道理：每个人出生在什么样的家庭，有多少财产，有什么样的父亲并不重要，重要的是我们不能将期望寄托于他人，，必要时给自己一个趔趄，只要不言放下，自信、自强就没有实现不了的事。
同学们，想想吧!想想含辛茹苦的父母，想想他们那双饱含期盼的眼神――我们要自信!
同学们，看看吧!看看身边的勇士们，看看他们在知识的海洋中如何拼搏进取的――我们更要自强!
罗马的雄伟并非一日建成的，成功更非一蹴而就的。为了明天灿烂的笑容，让我们用知识武装自己，完善自己，只有全心奋斗，才能满心收获。让我们高挂“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海”的船帆;让我们树立“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”的决心;让我们唱响“我的未来不是梦，我认真的过每一分钟，我的未来不是梦，我的心跟着期望在走”
