作为一名教师，我认真参加学校组织的政治研究，积极响应党的号召，坚决执行党的方针、政策，忠于人民的教育事业。
我遵守《中小学教师职业道德规范》，爱岗敬业，关心集体，乐于助人。在工作上，我兢兢业业，备好每一节课，上好每一堂课，批好每一份作业，教育好每一个学生，努力做一个深受学生尊重和信赖的老师。
一、热爱教师的职业是做好教学工作的前提。
我始终拥护党的基本路线，全面贯彻国家的教育方针，自觉遵守国家的各项法律法规，热爱教育事业和本职工作，对教师这个职业充满责任感、幸福感。我热爱学校，热爱学生，注意为人师表，廉洁从表，模范地遵守社会公德，时时处处以师德规范的标准要求自己，教书育人，关心集体，团结、尊重同事，恪尽职守，严谨治学。
二、在教学的过程中，我坚持正确的方向，以人为本
告诉同学们，只有学好知识才能提高全民的素质，才能提升国力，个人才能有为人民服务的本领。我积极投身于教科研工作，大胆进行现代教育技术与数学教学整合的教改尝试。在每上完一堂课，我都会写下自己的反思，以不断督促自己进步。工作之余，我尽量每天挤一点时间阅读专业类的书籍，不断给自己充电。
三、我关心学生，热爱学生，平等对待学生。
爱学生，就必须善于走进学生的情感世界，就必须把学生当作朋友，去感受他们的喜怒哀乐。爱学生，要以尊重和依赖为前提，要做做到严中有爱、严中有章、有信、有度。我经常从小处着手，从学生关心的事寻求最佳教育时机，给学生春风沐浴般的`教育。
回顾一年来的工作，在得与失中思索，我一直奉行踏实工作、虚心研究的原则。这些点点滴滴必将成为我生命中的绚丽色彩，点缀着我的人生。在今后的工作中，我将扬长避短，争取百尺竿头更进一步！
一年的临床实践给我深刻的体会是：临床的护理工作必须要细心、耐心、有高度的责任心和使命感，做到急病人之所急，解决病人之所求，让他们真正的感觉你是在真心的关心着他们的健康。
本人接受过全方位的大学基础教育，收到良好的专业训练和能力的培养，有扎实的理论基础和实践经验，并且通过了浙江省高校计算机一级考试和CET—4，具备一定的听，说，读，写能力，希望贵公司能给我一次机会，展现自我，实现自我价值和人生价值，我一定会全力以赴不负所望！
热情随和，活波开朗，具有进取精神和团队精神，有较强的动手能力。良好协调沟通能力，适应力强，反应快、积极、灵活，爱创新！在达州职业技术学院读书的期间，我每个学期都获得了学校的各种奖励，这是学校对我每个学期努力付出的肯定！
三年的护理经历锻炼了我细心的准则，以及冷静解决困难的能力。在实习期间，拿过三等和二等奖，并授予荣誉证书，实习结束后，授予了“优秀实习生”的称号，专业知识和护理操作拥有熟练的专业技能，丰富的实践经验，人际沟通能力方面也能够处理的很好。
本人政治思想素质好，乐于助人，尊老爱幼，关心集体，以集体利益为重，有较强的工作能力，个性活泼、开朗，为人诚实可靠，对工作充满热情，责任心强，能理论联系实际，熟练进行各种临床技能操作；能自己独立值班，完成各项医疗文件书写。医护关系融洽、协作，并以“视病人如亲人”为宗旨，擅长与病人交流，对病人热情、耐心，具备了临床护士的基本素质，能胜任临床医疗护理工作。
